This van was seized by the Naas Roads Policing Unit after finding two of it's tyres were under inflated and the driving documentation was not in order.
The gardai found the insurance was out since August 2016, the tax had expired in January 2014 and the vehicle had no certificate of road worthiness.
Court proceedings to follow.
