There will be festive songs sung by the Kilcullen Gospel Choir with snow guaranteed to be falling as people queue up for their turkey and ham at Nolan’s of Kilcullen on Saturday December 23.

Liam O’ Keefe will be in top hat and tails giving out hot coffee and mulled wine.

All of this will be happening at 12 noon.

“For hundreds of families shopping for your turkey, ham and spiced beef at Nolan’s of Kilcullen is a long standing Christmas tradition,” said Nolans.

“Every year people queue out on the streets to collect their festive foods at this very unique Irish owned fourth generation family business. Nolan’s of Kilcullen is a family butchering business, which was established back in 1886 and is run by James and Emma Nolan. Nolan’s have a fantastic team of 26 staff  - which will go up to 39 for the busy Christmas period.”

Nolan’s have their own farm, abattoir and award winning shop – all under the one roof – on the main street of Kilcullen.

In 2015 Nolan’s of Kilcullen won the ultimate accolade when they were awarded the title of “Champion of Champions - Best Butchers Shop in the UK and Ireland” at the House of Lords in London.
