A new director has been appointed to the board of the Irish National Stud.
Minister for Agriculture Michael Creed this morning announced the appointment of Dairine Walsh to the board of the Kildare-town based organisation.
The solicitor, an experienced company director who has extensive experience in strategic planning and marketing, will replace outgoing director Kate Horgan.
Jessica Harrington, Mark Weld and Dr Sean Brady have been reappointed to the board.
