Naas Courthouse
A man told Naas District Court that his wife wants him out of the house.
He said both of them live there and he also alleged that there is “a lot of violence in the house.”
The man was seeking court protection and the woman was not in court and was not represented for the brief hearing.
He also alleged that she had torn up his clothes.
Judge Desmond Zaidan granted an interim protection order and adjourned the matter to October 14.
