The disability support group Kare is seeking to make amendments to an extension which is under construction at a site in Newbridge.
According to a planning permission retention application which is currently with Kildare County Council, the organisation intends to make the amendments to a site at El Kantara, Green Road, Newbridge.
Kare is seeking to make 'amendments to [the] extension under construction consisting of two one-bedroom, self-contained units to the rear of the existing community dwelling, as approved under Planning Register Reference 21/526.'
The amendments would include: revised location, revised layout within the approved floor area of 131.4sqm, revised roof treatment, and a revised external covered walkway link.
The date received is listed as September 26 last.
The submission-by and due dates are listed as October 30 and November 20 respectively.
Kare provides services and supports for people with intellectual disabilities in the Kildare, east Offaly and west Wicklow areas.
