Kildare Village
A new retail unit is being planned at Kildare Village.
A planning application was submitted to Kildare County Council by Value Retail.
Planning permission is being sought for a new retail unit with a total gross floor area of c. 269 square metres including a mezzanine floor of 88.5 square metres for storage and staff facilities.
Shopfront changes are proposed including new timber cladding, a fabric awning, a glazed door and window and signage.
Also in the plans is a new service yard wall and timber fence including pedestrian entrance gates.
Wall mounted lights and landscaping are also included in the plans.
