Residential development proposed on the Curragh Road in Athgarvan, County Kildare

The construction of 42 residential units has been proposed for a site on the Curragh Road in Athgarvan.

A planning permission application currently with Kildare County Council (KCC) shows that Voussoir Developments Limited intends to construct the units at 'a site of approx. 1.69 hectares at Curragh Road, Athgarvan, Newbridge, County Kildare.'

• The diversion of 38kv ESB overhead lines underground
• The erection of one new mast (approx 12m);
• Site development and infrastructural works providing for water, foul and surface water drainage and all associated connections
• All landscaping and boundary treatment works, relating to the installation of public lighting PV/solar panels, internal roads and footpaths
• All associated site clearance, excavation and site development works
