Jewellery and cameras were stolen from a residence in Naas following a burglary, according to gardaí.
The incident was discussed by Garda Brian Carroll when he appeared on KFM earlier today.
Gda Carroll explained that on the afternoon of Wednesday, July 24 last, a burglary was reported at a property located in Caragh Court, Naas.
He added that the house had been 'ransacked', and that jewellery and cameras were taken from the property.
Gda Carroll concluded by saying that anyone with information in relation to the incident can contact Naas Garda Station on (045) 884 300.
When asked by the Leinster Leader about this incident, a spokesperson for An Garda Síochána responded: "Gardaí received a report of an incident of burglary that occurred at approximately 1.50pm on July 24, 2024 on the Newbridge Road in Naas, County Kildare."
"Investigations are ongoing at this time," the spokesperson added.
