Great news for Prosperous with 18 new homes coming to the village

Approval has been given for 18 new homes in Prosperous. 

The estimated construction value of the project is over €3m, according to Construction Information Services database.

The homes and a commercial unit on a site in Curryhills will be laid out in five blocks.  

• Block 1: 2-storey block consisting of two 1-bed apartments and two 2-bed apartments;
• Block 2: 2-storey block consisting of two 1-bed apartments, two 2-bed apartment and one commercial unit;
• Block 3: 2-storey terrace block consisting of four 3-bed houses;
• Block 4: 2-storey terrace block consisting of two 4-bed houses and one 3-bed house;
• Block 5: 2-storey terrace block consisting of four 3-bed houses.

The development also consists of individual bin/bike stores for each apartment and mid-terrace units.

A total of 23 car parking spaces are included in the designs.
