Kildare County Council has granted planning permission for 15 new homes in Derrinturn village.
Developer Landport Estates Limited has been approved for retention and completion of the in Cluain Dara area.
Being built are:
Planning permission had been originally granted for the development almost 20 years ago.
Also in the latest designs are internal roads and footpaths.
Included in the plans are private and communal open space and car parking.
The estimated construction value of the development is €4m, according to Construction Information Services database.
