New apartments planned for historic site on Canal in Kildare

A three-storey apartment block that will contain six apartments is planned for the former Odlum's site in Sallins. 

This will increase the number of apartments on the site from 74 to 80.

Also planned are two 2 2-bed own-door duplex apartments accessed at ground floor level and two 2-bed shared access apartments accessed at 2nd floor level off a common stairwell.

The development includes bin stores, bicycle stores, landscaping and public spaces.
