A construction company has proposed to make changes to a development planned for Kildare town.

A planning permission application currently with Kildare County Council shows that Kilross Properties Limited has proposed the changes to the development located in the Whitelands East region of Kildare town.

The business is seeking permission for the change of house designs on sites 1 – 20 (phase 1) on a previously approved site (Pl ref No. 21/1033).

The proposed changes are listed in the application as follows:

  • House Type K1, four-bedroom, two-storey detached house design on site 1
  • House Type K2, three-bedroom, two-storey, semi detached house design on sites 2 to 11 inclusive, and 17 to 20 inc.
  • House Type K3, four-bedroom, two-storey, semi detached house design on sites 12 to 15 inc.
  • House Type K4, four-bedroom, two-storey, detached house design on site 16

The application also notes: "The estate layout / roads layout, site access, connection to services / sewers and all associated site development works remain unchanged as part of this application."

The date received is listed as July 2 last, while the submission-by and due dates are listed as August 5 and August 26 respectively.

According to the business information website vision-net.ie, Kilross Properties Ltd was established in 2006.

It has an address listed as New Road, Bawnogues, Straffan, County Kildare.
