New homes being planned for Donadea area in proposed €2m development

Kildare Co Council considering plans

Four new homes are being planned in Donadea. 

A planning application for the development in Staplestown was submitted to Kildare County Council.

Being planned are four detached dwellings with four detached garages.

A recessed vehicular entrance and an access road off the existing laneway are also in the designs. 

The total floor area is over 1,000 square metres and the estimated construction value is €2m, according to Construction Information Services database.
