Several new homes are being planned with the proposed conversion of stables in Newbridge.
A planning application was submitted to Kildare County Council by Embrace Community Services Limited.
Being proposed is the change of use of existing stables into community dwelling building at Barrettstown Road, Tankardsgarden.
The new building will contain five self contained accommodation units consisting of:
The total floor area of the planned development is 420 square metres.
Also being requested is permission for change of use of an existing garage to a self-contained one-bedroom accommodation unit.
