The County Kildare-based group PopUpArt Newbridge will launch its June Fest 2024 exhibition soon.

Commenting on the upcoming launch, member Eilis Kavanagh said: "PopUpArt Newbridge are delighted to announce that their collective of multidisciplinary Kildare-connected artists, have been invited back, once again to the wonderful Whitewater Shopping Centre to showcase their amazing new eclectic collective of artwork for their June Fest exhibition.

"The June Fest exhibition will be the fourth exhibition PopUpArt Newbridge has held this year in the Whitewater Shopping centre, and we can be found in the Sports Lounge which is located on the first floor close to Odeon Cinema."

She continued: "This community exhibition comprises an eclectic collection of work by 12 talented Kildare connected artists of all levels and genres.

"The exhibition is free to all and all are welcome to pop along to view the work of this amazing collective of Kildare-connected artists and chat with the artists on duty and maybe purchase something for themselves or the art lover in their life.

"PopUpArt Newbridge is a totally voluntary, self-funding community focused initiative, the objective being  to support and enable Kildare-connected artists the opportunity to showcase their work to wider audiences than previously available to them, and to-date we have had the pleasure of offering over 300 local Kildare-connected artists the opportunity to exhibit with us since our inception in 2018."

Eilis also said that in addition to the 'walk-in' exhibition, you can view the visual experience and details of the exhibiting local artists on the group's virtual online gallery if you can’t make it into the Whitewater: all you have to do is visit popupartnewbridge.com

She further said: "PopUpArt Newbridge would like to take this opportunity of thanking all their supporters in this community exhibition, with specific reference to the management and team at the Whitewater Shopping Centre for inviting us back to exhibit in their wonderful space and their continued support to art in the community.

"If you are interesting in exhibiting with PopUpArt Newbridge for any of our forthcoming exhibitions, please email popupartnewbridge@gmail.com with your details and two visuals of your work."

"We look forward to hearing from you," Eilis concluded.
