14 candidates being run in the local elections in Co Kildare by Fianna Fáil

Local elections are on June 7

Fianna Fáil is running 14 candidates for the upcoming Local Elections in Co Kildare on June 7.

The fourteen candidates contesting the local election in Kildare are:

  • Mr David Owens
  • Mr David Trost
  • Mr Brian O’Loughlin
  • Mr Brian Larkin

Current sitting councillors also running are: 

  • Cllr Bernard Caldwell
  • Cllr Brian Dooley
  • Cllr Veralouise Behan
  • Cllr Darragh Fitzpatrick
  • Cllr Suzanne Doyle
  • Cllr Naoise Ó Cearúil
  • Cllr Paul Ward
  • Cllr Carmel Kelly
  • Cllr Noel Heavey
  • Cllr Robert Power

 

Local Senator, Senator Fiona O’Loughlin said the list of candidates represents the best of what Fianna Fáil has to offer for the people of Kildare.

She added: "These candidates are a great bunch of public representatives and align their work with the values of our party”.

“Fianna Fáil has a strong representation on the council at present, but I know if elected, these fantastic candidates will continue the momentum. They will bring new ideas all whilst delivering for the people and their local communities.”
