UPDATED: Gardaí seeking the public's assistance in locating man from Nurney, County Kildare

Matthew Beckett is described as being 5 foot 7 inches in height. He is known to frequent the Newbridge area. When last seen, it is believed Matthew was wearing a grey tracksuit.

UPDATE: As of April 10, 2024, Matthew Beckett (31) has been located, according to gardaí.

An Garda Síochána said via a statement that it 'would like to thank the public for their assistance.'

An Garda Síochána is seeking the public's assistance in tracing the whereabouts of 31-year-old Matthew Beckett.

Matthew has been reported missing from his home in Nurney, County Kildare, since Monday, April 8, 2024.

He was last seen in Dublin City Centre, on Wednesday, April 3, 2024, at approximately 3pm.

It is believed that Matthew may have travelled by train, from Dublin towards Newbridge, County Kildare.

Matthew is described as being 5 foot 7 inches in height, with a stocky build.

He has blonde/grey hair and blue eyes.

Matthew is known to frequent the Newbridge area.

When last seen, it is believed Matthew was wearing a grey tracksuit.

Gardaí and Matthew’s family are concerned for his welfare.

Anyone with any information on Matthew’s whereabouts is asked to contact Naas Garda Station on 045 884 300, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111, or any Garda Station.
