Onwards and upwards for Kildare baker set to appear on RTÉ Nationwide

A renowned County Kildare baker is set to appear on RTÉ Nationwide.

Monasterevin woman Aisling O'Toole has told the Leinster Leader that she will join broadcaster Mary Fanning on the programme, which is set to air sometime in the middle of April.

Back in 2021, Aisling took home the top prize at Aldi's National Brown Bread Baking Competition 2021, and later that year, her award-winning brown bread went on sale.

Then, after a complete rebranding, Aisling’s Brown Bread was launched in Dunnes Stores during the last week of April 2023, and according to Aisling, her brand 'is going from strength to strength.'
