Gardaí in Newbridge, County Kildare, investigating car theft in estate

Kildare-based gardaí are investigating the theft of a car from an estate in Newbridge.

When asked about the incident by the Leinster Leader, a garda spokesperson replied: "Gardaí received a report of an incident involving the theft of a vehicle that occurred on the morning of Tuesday, December 19, 2023 in the Wesley Manor (sic) area of Newbridge, County Kildare."

"No arrests have been made and investigations are ongoing," the spokesperson added.

In related news, just three days earlier, two cars were robbed separately in the Kilcock area of Kildare.
