The sale has taken place of Leinster Mills, Oberstown, Naas.

Set on approximately 2.4 acres, it includes commercial space with superb future development opportunities.

Coonan Property Maynooth, Celbridge and Naas are delighted to announce the closing of the sale of Leinster Mills, Oberstown, Naas.

The property encompasses approximately 2.4 acres of land with over 30,000 sq. ft. of buildings.

The buildings consist of a five storey corn mill, a three storey refurbished annex and various outbuildings, stables and courtyard sheds providing ample space throughout.

The property is located just south of the M7 and Naas Inner Relief Road on the western bank of the Grand Canal (Corbally Line) Greenway, beside Millennium Park, Kerry Foods, and the new M7 motorway interchange (Junction 9A).

The lands are zoned under the Naas Local Area Plan 2021 -2027 as Objective F which is “to protect and provide for open space, amenity and recreation provision.”

The development potential for these lands (subject to planning permission) could include an integrated Commercial, Residential and Tourism development, office use or continuation of the previous industrial manufacturing use.
