LATEST: Plan to partially demolish bungalow to make way for new homes

Seven new homes are being planned in the Dunlavin area. 

A planning application was submitted to Wicklow County Council by DL Residential Properties Limited.

The plans include the proposed partial demolition of an existing bungalow on Kilcullen Street. 

The designs include two 3-bed, semi detached two-storey dwellings.

Also planned are five terraced 2-bed, 2-storey dwellings.

It is proposed that the existing vehicular entrance is widened. 

Internal roads, pathways and landscaping are also in the plans. 

The estimated construction value of the project is €1.3m, according to Construction Information Services database.
