Work is due to start soon on a development of 19 new homes in Newbridge.
The properties will be located at Beechmount, Green Road.
The estimated construction value of the project is over €3m, according to Building Information Ireland database.
The 19 units will be built in three blocks.
Two three-storey blocks will accommodate eight 2-bed ground floor apartments.
There will be with eight three-bed duplex units at 1st and 2nd floors.
The development includes three 3-bedroom, 2-storey terrace houses.
Also planned is a bicycle store, an access road, car parking and landscaped gardens.
