Changes are being sought for the car park at Naas Shopping Centre.
According to planning permission documents lodged with Kildare County Council (KCC), Central Tower Limited is seeking permission for: A) The amendment to the previously granted car park layout (Planning Reference no. 04/500037); and B) Independent operation of the car park separately from the shopping centre including all associated site works and services.
The date received is listed as August 9, while the submission-by and due dates are listed for September 12 and October 3.
According to the business information website SoloCheck.ie, Central Tower Ltd was established in 2020.
The company's largest shareholder is listed as Roche Family Pharmacy Limited.
It has an address registered at Vista Primary Care Centre, Ballymore Eustace, Naas, County Kildare.
Back in June, Central Tower Ltd sought permission from KCC for a number of changes in relation to The Forge Inn No. 46 (which is a Protected Structure: RPS. Ref. NS19-186) and Bank of Ireland No.48 (Protected Structure: RPS Ref. NS19-0).
