Vodafone is also announcing the introduction of ‘Hi Digital Drop-In Fridays’, a new complementary in-person support for older persons, with a dedicated time that older persons can drop into Vodafone experts across 21 stores nationwide including Newbridge Store  for practical support using their phones, tablets and devices and other support, based on their needs e.g., using apps or paying bills.

Vodafone also announced a €3 million investment to upgrade a number of its stores nationwide. The three-year investment programme comes as Vodafone focuses on optimising the customer experience.
