A total of 65 new homes are planned for Naas.
The proposed housing development has an estimated construction value of €13m.
The planned houses and apartments are due to be situated on on a one hectare site off the Tipper Road and Blessington Road - near the An Post centre, the former IDA site and also close to The Paddocks and Mountain View residential areas.
The planning documents refer to 65 residential units comprising houses, maisonette apartments and apartments in blocks.
The type of properties being planned include six houses, 27 maisonette apartments in three three-storey blocks and 32 apartments in a single four-storey block.
The planning application has been made by Dublin-based Tapeford Ltd.
Also proposed is residential car parking and two private open spaces.
