A planning application has been submitted to Kildare County Council for a development of three homes on the edge of the Curragh Plains.
The proposed properties will be located off the Suncroft Road at Brownstown Great.
Developers Madewell Homes Ardilaun are planning the construction of three three-bedroom detached dormer dwellings.
Six communal car parking spaces are also planned.
Vehicular access is planned via a proposed entrance opening in the existing front boundary stone wall.
The estimated construction value of the project is over €600,000, according to Construction Information Services database.
