Rathangan (Google Earth)
A total of 26 new homes are being planned for a site on the Kildare Road in Rathangan.
The proposed development is comprised of 14 three-bed, two-storey semi-detached houses with attic storage.
Also in the designs are 12 four-bed, 2.5 storey semi-detached houses.
The proposed development also provides for a new street, landscaping and open spaces.
Car parking is also included in the plans.
The total estimated construction value is over €5m, according to Building Information Ireland database.
