Six unit apartment block proposed for site in Newbridge, County Kildare

A six unit apartment block has been proposed for a site in Newbridge.

Planning permission documents lodged with Kildare County Council show that Sayvale 23 Limited intends to construct a new six unit apartment block, consisting of two one-bedroom apartments, four two-bedroom apartments (411 metres squared in total) and the creation of six car parking spaces adjacent to the development located at the Naas Road.

This permission seeks to replace the three-bedroom, one-and-a half-storey detached dormer bungalow, which was previously granted as a larger 12 house scheme under board direction BD-004789-19.

Planning permission is also sought for connections to all other necessary site services, secure bicycle parking and bin storage, associated landscaping, miscellaneous minor site works amendments to facilitate the integration with the permitted scheme, and all ancillary works necessary to facilitate the development.

The date received is listed as June 23 last, while the submission-by and due dates are listed as July 27 and August 17.

According to the business information website SoloCheck.ie, Sayvale 23 Ltd, was set up in 2022.

It has an address registered as: Block A, George's Quay Plaza, George's Quay, Dublin 2, County Dublin.
