The popular farmers' market in Naas should be allowed to expand into the town.

The market takes place at the Potato Market site, (beside the Presbyterian church), on Saturdays between 10am and 3pm since it resumed last November.

A variety of produce including organic fruit and vegetables, bread and baked goods, a butcher with free range meat, fresh fish, olives, honey and bee products as well as a range of hot food stalls are on sale weekly.
