Action needs to be taken to tackle the problem of cars being abandoned in residential areas in the greater Naas area.
Kildare County Council chairman Fintan Brett wants the council to come up with a proposal to have the wrecks disposed of.
Cllr Brett wants the council to "outline what powers it has to deal with abandoned cars and vans
parked in private driveways and estates in the Naas Municipal District."
