The Fairgreen Naas, also hosts a carnival for children
A new playground should be developed in Naas.
Local politician Bill Clear wants the facility to be provided in the town itself.
He's asking Kildare County Council investigate the feasibility of placing an appropriate playground on the Fairgreen.

He believes this will also encourage more people to visit the centre of the town.
"This location has parking and good passive surveillance and is an ideal location for a playground," he added.
