Update on €500k clubhouse extension planned for Eadestown G.F.C

It is understood that the €517k clubhouse extension development planned for Eadestown G.F.C will be expiring in May 2023 and no further planning has been announced at this point as per the CIS website.

In April 2018, a decision to grant planning permission was issued by Kildare County Council on to Eadestown G.F.C. for the development of one and a half storey extension (324m2) to the front of existing clubhouse (Single storey with basement), 20 metre high flood lighting (6 no. poles) to the perimeter of the main pitch, new waste water treatment system, percolation area and all associated site works.

It is understood that the architect's office was involved up to the point of planning permission being obtained. The promoter will be overseeing the appointment of a contractor.
