COURT: One night stay man caused €1,200 damage to Kildare hotel

A man who allegedly caused €1,200 worth of damage at a Naas Hotel was prosecuted at the local District Court on March 9.

Carl Victory, 36, whose address was given as 68 Rathvilly Park, Finglas, was prosecuted for criminal damage at Lawlor’s Hotel on May 5, 2019.

A Naas District Court sitting heard that the man  was in the hotel for a one night stay with his partner.

The court was also told that they were very intoxicated.

The defendant has no previous convictions.

Judge Desmond Zaidan adjourned the case to July 13.
