The late Dylan McCarthy
Gardaí investigating the death of a Limerick man in Monasterevin have charged two men.
Dylan McCarthy, 29, from Kilmallock, Co Limerick, was found unresponsive in the town shortly after 12.30 am on Sunday, August 21. He died later from his injuries.
His father was taken to the hospital and treated for head injuries and was later discharged.
Garda HQ confirmed in a brief statement issued on February 21 that they have charged two men arising from a fatal assault in th town.
The statement said both are aged in their 20s and are due to appear before Naas District Court on February 21.
Gardaí made a number of arrests as part of the investigation.
