Kildare Co Council has granted an extension of planning permission for 13 detached dwellings in Two Mile House.

In the original planning permission lodged in 2016, the units consisted of nine four-bedroom, storey and a half dwelling houses with a single storey extension to the side.

Also in the designs were four three-bedroom storey and a half dwelling houses.

The latest planning documents state there are revisions to the proposed house types to incorporate an increase in the overall housing mix to provide four three-bedroom storey and a half dwellings, three four-bedroom storey and a half dwellings and six five-bed storey and a half dwellings.

The total floor area is stated as 3,428m2 and the site area is over two hectares, according to the Building Information Ireland database.
