Plans have been lodge to expand a guesthouse in Sallins.
The development on the Main Street of the village has an estimated construction value of €600,000, according to the Building Information Ireland database.
The planned work will consist of the demolition of the existing two-storey dormer rear extension to the existing two terraced buildings.
Currently on site is a ground floor hairdressing salon, a ground floor and first floor residential unit and a ground floor bookmaker and first floor office.
Approval is requested for the construction of a two-storey rear extension to the existing two storey terraced building.
Permission has been applied for the amalgamated two buildings for use as a guest house.
