Legendary jockey Tommy Kinane at Punchestown today

Leon Blanche of Boylesports was giving some predictions on-camera to RTE's Brian Gleeson this afternoon, when legendary jockey Tommy Kinane wandered by the camera.
The Kildare resident was nabbed for a quick interview, and recalled some lovely memories of snaffling a spare ride at the Festival in the 1950s.

He remembered taking on Ruby's Double during the race - "I never saw it until I jumped it" - in which he finished third.
Tommy also said Punchestown is something special. "Look at the crowd that is here. All you want is a bit of weather... and you get the fashion here as well!" he said with a grin.
