Deaths in Kildare - Thursday, May 2, 2019

Josephine (Josey) Boyle (née Rooney) – Dunmurry, Kildare Town

May 1 2019, Deeply regretted by her loving husband Tony, daughters Jane and Jennifer, sisters Teresa, Peggy, Mary, Philomena and Sally, brother Paddy, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Reposing at her daughter Jane's home in Lackagh Beg, Monasterevin (Eircode: W34CD82) on Friday 3rd May from 2pm with Rosary there at 8pm. Removal on Saturday morning to St. Brigid's Parish Church, Kildare town, arriving for Funeral Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in St. Conleth's Cemetery, Kildare. House private on Saturday morning please.

 

Joseph Malone – Shindella, Rathangan

May 1 2019, Perdeceased by his son John and grandson Johnny. Beloved husband of Betty and much loved father of Josephine, Anne, Martin, Majella, Kathleen, Joseph, Martina, Maria and Jerry. Deeply regretted by his loving family, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, 32 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family, relatives and friends. Reposing at his home in Shindella on Thursday from 4:00pm with rosary recital on both Thursady and Friday evening at 8:00pm. Removal on Saturday to arrive at SS Peter & Paul's Church, Monasterevin for 1:00pm requiem Mass. Interment afterwards in St, Evin's Cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to the friends of Naas Hospital. Donation box in Church. House private on Saturday please.

 

Catherine (Kit) Renehan (née Gratten) – Kilberry / Athy

April 30, 2019 peacefully in the excellent care of the staff in Naas General Hospital. Predeceased by her husband Michael, loving mother of Betty, Rachel, Kay, Michael, Paddy, Martin, Jimmy, Peter, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren, sister Liz and brother Tom, sons-in-law and daughters-in-law, nieces and nephews and extended family, neighbours and friends. Reposing at Thompson’s Funeral Home, Athy, on Thursday, 2nd May, from 5pm until the conclusion of the Rosary which starts at 8pm. Removal on Friday, 3rd May, to arrive at St. Michael’s Parish Church for 11am Requiem Mass, followed by burial in Kilberry Cemetery.
