Deaths in Kildare - Tuesday, March 26, 2019

Peter (Pete) Campbell – Loughminane Green, Kildare Town

March 23 2019, Loving husband of Grace and best dad in the world to Kevin, Dara and Ciara, loving son of Stella and the late Kevin, brother of Jane, Patricia and the late Joe, loving uncle and great friend. Sadly missed by his family, extended family and friends. Funeral Mass at 11 o'clock in the Carmelite Church, Kildare Town on Wednesday 27th March followed by Cremation Service at 2 pm in Newlands Cross Crematorium. Family flowers only please. Michael (Vinny) Donohoe – Robertstown

Late of North Shiels, Newcastle upon Tyne, England, predeceased by his sister Josie. Deeply regretted by his wife Eilish, brother John, sister Nuala, brother Jim Joe (deceased January 23 2019) nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. May Vinny Rest In Peace Interred in Allen Cemetery on March 24 2019.

 

Gerard (Gerry) Dowdall – Leixlip, Kildare / Clontarf, Dublin

March 25 2019 (peacefully) surrounded by his family, in the loving care of the staff at St. Francis Hospice, Blanchardstown, Gerard (Gerry), beloved husband of Patricia and dear father of Karen, Colin and Ian. Sadly missed by his loving family, grandchildren James, Louise and Jack, son-in-law Mark, twin sister Maria, mother, sisters, brother, brothers-in-law, cousins, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. Reposing at home on Wednesday (27th March) from 4:00pm to 8:00pm. Removal on Thursday morning (28th March) to the Church of St. Charles Borromeo, Confey for Requiem Mass at 11:00am followed by burial in Confey Cemetery. Family flowers only, please. Gary Christopher Graham – Monread Close, Naas / Kilnamanagh, Dublin

March 25 2019, Beloved son of the late Maureen. Sadly missed by his loving wife Noreen, daughters Jennifer and Orlaith, sons Alan and Ciaran, father Chris, sisters Christine and Deirdre, son-in-law A.J., grandchildren Summer and Zephyr, uncles Joe and Tony, Tony's wife Liz, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Reposing at The George Mullins Funeral Home, Kilcullen Road, Naas on Wednesday from 4pm to 7pm. A Service to celebrate Gary's life will take place on Thursday at 10.30am in the Temple of Newland's Cross Crematorium prior to Cremation. Family flowers only please.

 

Harry Lyons – Roseville, Naas / Cork City, Cork

March 24 2019, peacefully at Naas Hospital, loving husband of the late Clare, deeply regretted by his loving daughters Cathy, Ronnie, Clodagh and Mary, son Cormac, sons-in-law, daughter-in-law, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Reposing at his residence on Tuesday from 6pm to 8pm with prayers at 7pm. Removal on Wedneday at 9.30am to arrive at Our Lady and St. David's Church, Naas for 10am Funeral Mass, followed by burial in St. Corban's Cemetery, Naas.

 

Mary McCarthy (née Sweeney) – Laurence Ave., Maynooth / Sligo

March 24 2019, peacefully at Rye Vale Nursing Home, Leixlip, deeply regretted by her loving husband Daniel, sons Ronan & Donal, daughter Lorna, daughter-in-law Sam, Donal's partner Mary, grandchildren Jodie, Abigail & Louis, brothers, sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives & friends. Reposing at Reilly's Funeral Home, Leinster St., Maynooth on Tuesday from 4pm to 8pm, with prayers at 7pm. Removal on Wednesday at 10.30am to arrive at St. Mary's Church, Maynooth for 11am Funeral Mass, followed by burial in Laraghbryan Cemetery. Family flowers only please. Patrick (Paddy) O'Brien – 'Slip View', Lowtown, Robertstown

March 24 2019, suddenly, deeply regretted by his loving wife Maureen, daughter Yvonne, sons Michael, Sean, Brendan and David, son-in-law Patrick, daughters-in-law Victoria, Leanne, Pamela and Gillian, grandchildren, sister Daisy, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. Reposing at his residence on Tuesday and Wednesday from 5pm to 9pm with prayers at 8pm both evenings. Removal on Thursday morning at 10.30am to arrive at the Church of the Most Holy Trinity, Allen for 11am Mass, followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery. Family flowers only please.
