John (Jack) Brennan – Ballybarney, Narraghmore

February 20 2019, Peacefully in Beechpark Nursing Home, Kildare. Deeply regretted by his brothers Paddy and Michael, sister-in-law Laurette, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Funeral arriving to the Church of S.S. Mary and Lawrence Crookstown on Friday for 11 o'clock Requiem Mass, followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.


Rose Cosgrave (née Earley) – Kildare / Galway / Moate, Westmeath

February 19 2019. Wife of the late Bernard and loving mother of Brian and Rosaleen. Will be dearly missed by her family, grandchildren Conor, Cian and Dara, nieces, nephews, extended family, relatives and friends. Reposing at Craddock House Nursing Home on Thursday from 5.0’c to 7.30, with prayers at 7.0’c. Removal on Friday morning at 10.30 to St. Joseph’s Church, Milltownpass, Co. Westmeath arriving for 12.00 noon Funeral Mass followed by burial in adjoining cemetery.


Séamus Doyle – Kilmeaney, Rathcrogue, Carlow / Kildare

February 20 2019, died peacefully at St. Luke’s Hospital, Kilkenny. Beloved husband of Audrey and much loved father of Seán, Teresa and Alan. Sadly missed by his loving wife, sons, daughters, son-in-law Simon, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, extended family, relatives and friends. Reposing in R. Healy & Son Funeral Home, Pollerton Castle, Carlow on Thursday from 4pm concluding with prayers at 8pm. Funeral Mass on Friday at 11am in St. Joseph’s Church, Tinryland. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Family flowers only, please, donations in lieu to Cancer Research.


Caroline Meade – Celbridge

February 20 2019, peacefully at St. Francis Hospice, Blanchardstown, after a short illness, deeply regretted by her loving daughter Kate, brother Seamus (O'Midheach), sisters Vivienne (Doyle) & Mary (O' Connell), sister-in-law, brothers-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives & friends. Funeral Mass on Friday in St. Patrick's Church, Celbridge at 1pm, followed by burial in Donacomper Cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to St. Francis Hospice, Blanchardstown.


Margaret P. (Bobbie) Murphy (née Nolan) – Newbridge

February 19 2019. Predeceased by her beloved Myles C., adored mother and dearest friend of Sharon, cherished sister of Kay Cullen and the late Emily Watson. This wonderful lady will always be remembered with love and affection by Sharon, Paul, her sister Kay, sisters-in-law Cecily Murphy and Yvonne Murphy, nieces, nephews, grandnephew, grandnieces, godchildren and a large circle of dear friends. Reposing at Anderson & Leahy's Funeral Home, Henry Street, Newbridge, Co. Kildare (Eircode W12 W584) this Thursday evening from 4pm to 6pm with removal to St. Conleth's Parish Church, Newbridge arriving at 6.30pm. Mass in celebration of Bobbie's life will be held at St. Conleth's Parish Church at 11am on Friday morning, followed by interment at St. Conleth's Cemetery, Newbridge, Co. Kildare.
