Problem Road Signs
K C C at the present time are erecting new direction road signs throughout the County, which is welcome.
A reader has brought our attention to the new sign at the junction of the Bracknagh Road and Main Street, which completely blocks the view of the Stop Sign.
All us locals know that we have to Stop, but the danger is that a stranger may drive through with disastrous consequences. While we are on the subject of danger, on the Rathangan to Clonbullogue Road at Ballysoughan, in frosty weather, is treacherous.
Already this Winter four cars have been ditched and K C C in their wisdom do not grit this road, despite it being the Main Road to Edenderry and the M 4, 5 and 6.
