Narrow defeat for St. Farnan’s Senior Football team

The St. Farnan’s Senior Gaelic Football team narrowly missed out on a semi final place in the Leinster Championship when they lost this week to the visiting team from Ard Scoil Ris in Dundalk. Although the team played very well, particularly as they were quite depleted with many regular players currently injured, they lost by a slim two point margin and the final score was 2 - 6 to 14 points. We would like to thank all players for their efforts and especially those who played their last game for the school.
