Exercise for people living with arthritis talk in Kildare town library

A talk for people living with arthritis wishing to exercise will take place at Kildare town Library on Wednesday, October 17 at 7pm.

This talk will be given by Physiotherapist Geraldine Boland and it is a free event.

Arthritis Ireland Kildare Branch have a host of exercise activities this month around the county.

A six week seated yoga course with Daisy has commenced at 11 am-12 noon in Athy Parish Centre until Tuesday 23 October.

A Newbridge Beginners Seated Exercise classes for people with arthritis take place in Newbridge Daycare Centre every Monday at 11 am sharp. 

Kilcullen Beginners Seated Exercise classes for people with arthritis take place in Kilcullen Parish Centre every Tuesday at 10.30 am sharp. 

Suncroft Beginners Seated Exercise classes for people with arthritis take place in Suncroft Community Centre every Tuesday at 2.30 pm sharp. Admission €5

Kildare Town Beginners Seated Exercise classes for people with arthritis take place in Kildare Parish Centre every Wednesday at 10.30 am sharp. 

In Clane there is  Aqua exercise for people with arthritis in Westgrove Hotel.  Wednesdays 11am  Fridays Time: 12pm  participants will also have access to the pool, jacuzzi and steamroom facilities.
