River Cottage chef to launch book in Athy

Chef River Cottage Cafe chef Gill Meller has chosen The Green Barn, at Burtown House and Gardens to launch his second cookery book “Time” on Friday 12 October at 7pm.
This follows on from the very successful “Gather” and describes the essence of his approach to food and cookery - time spent in the kitchen, with good ingredients, makes for the best possible way of life.
The event will be followed by a five course meal inspired by Gill.
