Monasterevin student (7) features at Belfast Art Exhibition

A seven-year-old artist from Monasterevin has been picked as one of the prize winners in this years Texaco Children’s Art Competition.

Max Dingley (7) from Monasterevin has been named as one of Ireland’s young artistic talent and his prize-winning work entitled "Having fun at the St.Patrick's Day parade" now hangs at the Ulster Museum in Belfast along side many young artists – all prizewinners in this year’s 63rd Texaco Children’s Art Competition – who were present at the official opening of an exhibition this week where their works take pride of place.
