Community centre/sports facility planned for Kildare football club
The €1.3m development has been planned for Kilcock Celtic Athletic Football Club, Branganstown
Kilcock Celtic Athletic Football Club has applied for planning permission for a €1.3m community centre/sports facility on its grounds.
The club – addressed at Kilcock GAA Club, Branganstown, Kilcock, Co Kildare, applied to Kildare County Council for planning permission on July 20 2026.
According to Construction Information Services (CIS), the proposed development is to be overseen by architects Carroll and Browne Consultants Design and Management.
The proposed development comprises a new single-storey building of 810 sq. m, which will accommodate additional dressing rooms and showers/toilets, treatment rooms, a gym, changing rooms and a plant room.
Also included in the scheme is a reception area with a small coffee/tea station, together with all ancillary services at Branganstown, Kilcock, Co. Kildare.
