Change of use sought to turn North Kildare coffee shop into retail unit
The development has been proposed by JD Ravensdale Construction Limited
Planning permission documents show that a change of use is being sought for a coffee shop in North Kildare.
The application, which is currently with Kildare County Council, shows that Jd Ravensdale Construction Limited (Listed as JD Ravensdale Const (T/A Raven Construction) on the application) intends to make the change to the unit, which is located on Esmonde Court in Prosperous.
Specifically, the applicant is seeking the change of Use 'to a previously approved mixed-use development, granted under Planning Ref 18/466.'
"The change of use will consist of the original large corner coffee shop to be changed to a retail unit," according to the description.
The date received on the application is listed as May 28 last, while the submission-by and due dates are listed as July 1 and July 22 respectively.
The business information website known as SoloCheck.ie shows that Jd Ravensdale Construction Limited was initially established in May of 2017.
It also trades as Raven Construction.
The company, which specialises in the 'development of building projects', has a registered address listed as Unit 6c Elm House, Millenium Park, Naas, County Kildare.
