Twenty Kildare-based businesses recently completed Kildare County Enterprise Board’s Management Development Programme and received their awards from Waterford Institute of Technology at a ceremony in the Osprey Hotel Naas last Tuesday evening.
The programme, which is delivered by Blaise Brosnan, author of “Jack”, facilitates owners of small businesses to face up to the facts about doing business today and then build their management capacity to address the issues they face.
Natasha Mann of The Kildare Kitchen, who completed the programme, said: “It completely turned my business around. I have cut my costs, increased my turnover and my business is going from strength to strength”.
“This is one of our most successful programmes,” said Mary Fitzpatrick of Kildare County Enterprise Board who sponsor the programme. “Business owners appreciate the practical nature of the programme and the invaluable advice received from the course facilitator”.
