Eadestown pupil needs competition votes

A pupil at Rathmore, Naas, primary school is through to the Doodle4Google school competition which has “My Invention” - (using the “Google” logo) as its theme.

Keela Magee (11) of Eadestown, designed hers and the school put it into the competition.
Over 2,500 children across Ireland entered the competition from primary and secondary schools and this was eventually narrowed down to 75 finalists. Keela received a letter to the
school advising she has gone through to the finals.

She designed the “Weather Wisher” seen in Category 3.
Now Keela needs the support of the public to win a prize for her school and the picture with the highest number of
votes wins this prize. The overall winner judged by the panel out of the 5 category winners with the highest vote getter (1 per category) receiving a E10,000 technology grant
for their school . Voting ends on Monday next March 4 2013
when the voting ends.
