Coill Dubh best in SHC; ÉÓCC and Leixlip draw

Three goals proved too much for Ardclough as Coill Dubh recorded a fully deserved win over their rivals in the first round of the winners’ group of the senior hurling championship, played at Naas on Friday evening.

Goals from Mark Delaney, Damian Behan and substitute Adrian Sullivan did the trick for the boys in red.

Meatwhile Clane was the venue for the second game of the SHC this weekend when Éire Óg Corrachoill and Leixlip served up a draw on a score line of Leixlip 0-10 Éire Óg Corrachoill 1-7.
